During a session the 32 Bars points are lightly touched. This process begins to release the electromagnetic charge or polarity of the thoughts, feelings, emotions, ideas, beliefs, considerations and decisions as it is stored in your brain.

What can I expect from a Bars session?

At the very least it will it is totally relaxing. At the best your whole life can change for the better. You remain fully clothed except for your shoes. For most of the session you will lay relaxed while I touch the points on your head.

No two session will ever be exactly the same, even if you have the same person run your Bars each time. Every session accesses new energies, new areas of your life and body, all of it with the over all effect of more ease in every aspect of life.

How often should I have my Bars run?

There has been change when the Bars are run weekly for 4 weeks initially, and then spreading them out over a couple of weeks to monthly or whatever maintenance level works better for you. Most people notice if they have gone more than three weeks that their body feels much better and their life generally goes much smoother if they get their Bars run that often at the least.

Whenever your life seems to be getting more difficult with everything that happens. Those days you are grumpy for no apparent reason, really stressed out, or unclear about things; that is when you know it’s time for your next session. There is no right or wrong way for how often, it is totally up to you. You can’t have your Bars run too often.

What is the difference between Access Bars and Reiki?

Having your Bars run removes blocked energy out of the body while Reiki delivers energy into the body. While both modalities have the ability to induce a state of relaxation and clear negative energy they use different techniques
